The Pesaren Ubud

Honestly this place is a little piece of heaven! I loved everything about it. Small and quiet (up a little cobble alley) but close enough to the main street, a short 5 minute walk. The jungle backdrop was my absolute favorite. The pool was clean and in excellent condition. The room was spacious and clean. The shower and bath were excellent. Bed was extra length and delectably comfortable. Fresh toiletries and bottles of water daily. Great communication with staff. Breakfast options are plenty and wholesome. This was a firm favorite stay. I really cannot fault this beautiful and peaceful hotel.

The Pesaren was beautiful. The location is perfect- far enough from the craziness of UBUD without being too far. The accommodation was clean , bright and modern and had everything we needed. The bathroom was bright and clean. The pool was fabulous and it overlooks gorgeous greenery making it feel very peaceful for swims. The breakfast was beautiful and the staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Amazing! Close to the center but without the noise. This was a little gem. Loving the nature from the balcony. Comfy bed, clean, hot water, nice pool,… . The Staff was also very reachable and very lovely. Loved the breakfast, especially the smoothie bowl.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was AMAZING and very helpful I would recommend it to everybody who is looking for a pleasant stay that is close to the center yet distant enough to enjoy a peaceful vacation

The staff was so kind and the location was close to centre (15mins by walking) the breakfast was really good.

I had lowd neighbors that shouted next room and fought. They woke me up during second night at 2:00am ang again at 3:30-am. The thirst night I had to talk to them myself to keep shouting down. I complained to property management but they just ignored my calls and messages via Whatup.

The location is really good. It’s in the centre of the market. The rooms were really clean & the staff was also helpful & friendly. Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. From delicious breakfast options to cozy rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations.

Breakfast was nice! Staff were nice although weren’t available all the time. Had issues with my door not locking and there were random bugs in the room.

I enjoyed a two-night stay at The Pesaren Ubud, a quaint resort with a lovely pool and a comfortable room featuring a nice bath. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast provided a good start to the day. While the location is conveniently close to Ubud's center, it offers a calm atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. I did notice some ants during my stay, but overall, it was a pleasant experience. A nice choice for a relaxing getaway!

Big rooms, good location close enough to walk to the busy streets but quiet enough to not have the traffic. Nice linen, great breakfast, lovely staff.

The only thing to note is the rooms are not soundproof so we could hear other people talking, snoring, TV.

It was very peaceful a bit far from the Ubud Center but the quiet and serenity is what you will come here for. A special mention to the wonderful and accommodating staff of Pasaren half of the great experience is because of them. This review is not complete without the mention of their car service by Mr Suyasa, not only booking the service saved us the hassle of navigating the Island, we just told Mr Suyasa where we want to go and its done. Pick up and drop off to the airport is much more convenient too.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had a pack schedule and had to usually leave the hotel early and they would go the extra mile and prepare our breakfast to accomodate the time. The location was superb as its walking distance to ubud city center.

The room and especially the room are a little dated hence it looks old and run down.

Very thin walls you can hear people next door. I didn't have a good night sleep, breakfast was poor.

The hotel was amazing and a nice sense of peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the busy main roads. The staff were amazing and helped with everything you could possibly need. The breakfast was brilliant and more than enough food for a couple. The pool was brilliant and nice to relax in when quiet. Really easy location to order a grab to travel or when ordering food.

The doors locked fine but there was a gap between the top and bottom allowing insects and geckos to come into your room. A really small issue and was expected as you are staying in a rural location.

Beautiful room and awesome pool. In a very cool spot with restaurants and rice fields only a few minutes walk away. The reception staff are fantastic and really looked after me Especially Rai.Thank you so much for a really nice stay.Thank you ?

Great location! Close to Ubud center to walk but far enough away to not hear any traffic. The breakfast every day was great. Staff were super friendly, welcoming and helpful!

Staff was really friendly and professional. The room was very clean and equipped with complimentary details like hair combs and sanitary bags. Nice pool! The property is small with a few rooms. The room was cleaned daily.

Breakfast was the only thing that we didn't love - still acceptable, just not outstanding.

Fantastic place with very friendly and helpful staff. We spend 7 days there and enjoyed our stay very much. The location is great because it is far enough from the traffic to be peaceful but close enough to get to the city center very easily. The Kecak dance show around the corner is great (the hotel staff can organize the tickets). Motorbike rental is available at the hotel. Laundry is available. Breakfast is not huge but enough. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. Service is great.

I had a wonderful stay at the Pesaren. I booked the corner room with the river view and so glad I did! I was literally surrounded with nature and lush greens. I loved how I could hear the insects, birds, rushing of water, and all the wildlife in the forest. It was magical. The room was quite comfortable and spacious. Their breakfast was also lovely. The staff were nice and attentive to my needs. The resort doesn't have a lot of rooms and I particularly liked that as it gives more privacy. My only regret was that I only booked two nights here (wished I have stayed longer!). If I go back to Ubud, I will definitely come back to this place.

There were some ants (small and big) that I saw in my room. Although it's quite understandable as it's near nature and wildlife. Their shower area also needs some bit of maintenance and cleaning.
